RMC assisted with the due diligence necessary to ensure that all information provided by the firm being acquired was accurate, timely and complete.

Our client was successful in acquiring a firm that fit the criteria that it sought after. As a result of the acquisition, our client is growing substantially in the federal government market. RMC aided in acquiring acquisition financing with an SBA Guaranty loan, which gave our client highly competitive terms and pricing on the acquisition financing.
