Description of RMC Engagement/Service Provided
RMC consulted with the firm and recommended several strategic actions that would allow for growth, diversification and increased profitably. RMC provided the firm with its SBA Certification, GSA Proposal and Administration and Marketing and Capture Management services. RMC provided the firm with an extensive 120-page Federal Business Plan that identified three targeted federal agencies to market to and included a twelve-month Strategic Action Plan.
Over the course of three years, RMC succeeded in getting the firm SBA 8(a) certified, on GSA Schedule 70 and teamed with several large and small RMC portfolio clients. All these actions were spelled out in the Federal Business Plan provided. The firm increased its revenue based by over 200% and is in line to be positioned as a prime contractor on two large agency specific Government Wide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs) as a result of our Strategic Action Plan recommendations.
