A large Alaskan American federal government contracting firm based in Omaha, Nebraska sought the assistance of RMC and its strategic teaming partner George Mason University for federal government training classes aimed at developing its management and staff on the inner workings of federal government contracting. After rapid growth in the government sector that came as a result of its acquiring several SBA certifications and Government Wide Acquisition (GWAC awards, the firm needed consultation on how to get its staff up to speed on the contract administration requirements on several large contracts that they were recently awarded as well as how to manage its growth in the federal sector.

RMC consulted with the firm and recommended several custom designed classes that addressed the firm�s need under the heading of our Legal Aspects of Public Procurement section of training programs. RMC delivered Instructor Led classes to over 400 employees and measured the retention of the content delivery by our course instructors.
The client was extremely satisfied with the outcome of the custom designed courses, retention methods and course assessments and continues to seek the consulting and professional training services provided by RMC.
