A large Alaskan-owned federal government contracting firm based in Omaha, Nebraska engaged RMC and its strategic training partner, George Mason University, to provide federal government training for its management and staff. Following rapid growth in the federal market and several SBA certifications and Government-Wide Acquisition Contract awards, the firm needed additional training to support its expanding workforce and contract responsibilities.
RMC worked with the firm to recommend customized training courses that addressed its needs, including programs under the Legal Aspects of Public Procurement curriculum. RMC delivered instructor-led training to more than 400 employees and evaluated how well participants retained the course content.
